Diamond Care is the result of a functional structure that makes the resident the primary focus of our organization. Unlike organizational structures, Diamond Care shows us that each functional level works to support the levels above it. From the bottom to the top, each level or "facet" of the diamond has an increased frequency of direct contact with the resident meaning they have the most potential to affect the quality of care the resident receives. The ultimate goal of all levels is to function as one team to give the primary caregivers everything they need to become the best caregivers they can possibly be. The outcome is an environment that brings out the best in our employees in order to give the best to our residents.
